Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module which uses a hollow fiber membrane having a small nominal pore size capable of removing bacteria and viruses by filtration, and can quickly discharge air, pushed into the module when introducing supply water at the start of use, to the outside of the module, and to provide a manufacturing method of the hollow fiber membrane module and an inspection method for confirming completeness of the hollow fiber membrane module.SOLUTION: In a hollow fiber membrane module, when an end part of the opening part side of a hydrophilic hollow fiber membrane bundle is potted at an open end position of a cylindrical casing accommodating the hydrophilic hollow fiber membrane bundle, a cylinder accommodating a hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane bundle is arranged at a proper position of the hydrophilic hollow fiber membrane bundle, and an open end of the cylinder and an end part of the opening part side of the hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane bundle are potted together with the end part of the opening part side of the hydrophilic hollow fiber membrane bundle.
【課題】バクテリア、ウイルスの濾過による除去が可能な公称孔径が小さい中空糸膜を使用し、使用開始の給水導入時にモジュール内に押し込まれる空気を速やかにモジュール外に排出することができる中空糸膜モジュール、及びその中空糸膜モジュールの製造方法、並びにその中空糸膜モジュールの完全性を確認する検査方法を提供すること。【解決手段】親水性中空糸膜束を収納した筒状ケーシングの開口端位置で前記親水性中空糸膜束の開口部側の端部をポッティングする際に、疎水性中空糸膜束を収納した筒を前記親水性中空糸膜束の適宜位置に配置するとともに、前記筒の開口端と前記疎水性中空糸膜束の開口部側の端部とを前記親水性中空糸膜束の開口部側の端部とともにポッティングしたことを特徴とする中空糸膜モジュールである。【選択図】 図1 |
