Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material for fuel batteries which is superior in moist heat resistance and atmospheric temperature adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A seal material is used in the form that the seal material abuts on a polymer electrolytic film of a fuel battery arranged to generate electric power by means of a reaction between hydrogen and oxygen. The polymer electrolytic film is made of a perfluorocarbon sulfonic acid resin. At least a surface of the seal material at which the seal material is in contact with the polymer electrolytic film is made of a resin composition including crystalline polyester resin as a primary component. The resin composition has a storage elastic modulus of 2.5-5 MPa at 40°C, and further includes an epoxy resin, and an isocyanate-based crosslinker. The crystalline polyester resin is crosslinked by the isocyanate-based crosslinker and included in the resin composition. 【課題】耐湿熱性と常温接着性とに優れた燃料電池用のシール材を提供すること。【解決手段】水素と酸素との反応により発電される燃料電池の高分子電解質膜に当接させて用いられるシール材であって、前記高分子電解質膜がパーフルオロカーボンスルホン酸樹脂製で、少なくとも前記高分子電解質膜に接する表面が結晶性ポリエステル樹脂を主成分とする樹脂組成物からなり、該樹脂組成物は、40℃における貯蔵弾性率が2.5MPa以上5MPa以下で、エポキシ樹脂、及び、イソシアネート系架橋剤をさらに含有しており、且つ前記結晶性ポリエステル樹脂が該イソシアネート系架橋剤によって架橋されて含有されていることを特徴とするシール材を提供する。【選択図】 図1
