PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support achievement of insurance invitation business following rules which are going to be introduced in the future.SOLUTION: A correspondence storage part 32 stores correspondence between compensation content described in questions for confirmation of intent to a client and guarantee items of insurance. An intent information acquisition part 42 acquires intent information indicating compensation content desired by a client, which is reply of the client to the question before insurance products are represented to the client. A transaction plan information acquisition part 54 acquires information of an insurance product which the client is going to transact. A warranty item comparison part 56 compares combination of warranty items corresponding to the compensation content indicated by the intent information, and combination of warranty items of the insurance product to be transacted, and when they are inconsistent, a transaction confirmation screen output part 58 makes a message of inconsistent be displayed on a screen of a window terminal 10. 【課題】今後導入が見込まれるルールに則した保険募集業務の実現を支援する。【解決手段】対応関係保持部３２は、顧客に対する意向確認用の設問に記載された補償内容と保険の担保種目との対応関係を記憶する。意向情報取得部４２は、顧客に対して保険商品が提示される前の、上記設問に対する顧客の回答であって、顧客が望む補償内容を示す意向情報を取得する。契約予定情報取得部５４は、顧客が契約予定の保険商品の情報を取得する。担保種目比較部５６は、意向情報が示す補償内容に対応する担保種目の組み合わせと、契約予定の保険商品による担保種目の組み合わせとを比較し、両者が不一致であれば、契約確認画面出力部５８は、不一致の旨を窓口端末１０の画面に表示させる。【選択図】図２
