Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of obtaining a plurality of color light beams by using a light source device for emitting excitation light, allowing a relatively simple manufacturing process of a rotation fluorescent plate, and being applied to a liquid crystal projector.SOLUTION: An lighting device 100 includes: a light source device 10 for emitting excitation light; and a rotation fluorescent plate 30 continuously formed with a single fluorescent layer for converting a part or all of the excitation light into fluorescence including two or more color light beams along a circumferential direction of a disk on the disc rotatable by a motor 50. 【課題】励起光を射出する光源装置を用いて複数の色光を得ることが可能で、回転蛍光板の製造プロセスを比較的単純なものとすることが可能で、かつ、液晶プロジェクターに適用可能な照明装置を提供する。【解決手段】励起光を射出する光源装置１０と、モーター５０により回転可能な円板に、励起光の一部又は全部を２以上の色光を含む蛍光に変換する単一の蛍光層が円板の周方向に沿って連続して形成されてなる回転蛍光板３０とを備える照明装置１００。【選択図】図１
