Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables stable formation of ingot of high-carbon steel, with uniformity of components and without troubles related to refining or tapping of molten steel, by charging a ferro-alloy effectively in forming ingot of high-carbon steel by charging a carburization material.SOLUTION: A method of forming ingot of high-carbon steel comprises adding a part of a deoxidation material, together with a carburization material, in the first half of tapping of molten steel and adding the remaining deoxidation material of a scheduled addition amount in the latter half of tapping of molten steel, in forming ingot of high-carbon steel by adding a carburization material at the time of tapping of molten steel from a steel converter, so as to adjust the composition of components on tapping of molten steel. 【課題】加炭材を投入することによって高炭素鋼を溶製するに当たって、合金鉄を効果的に投入することによって精錬や出鋼のトラブルを招くことなく、均一な成分の高炭素鋼を安定して溶製することのできる技術を提案すること。【解決手段】転炉出鋼時に加炭材を添加して高炭素鋼を溶製するに当たり、出鋼の前半では、加炭材に加えて脱酸材の一部を添加することとし、その後、出鋼の後半では予定添加量の残りの脱酸材を添加して、出鋼成分組成の調整を行なう高炭素鋼の溶製方法。【選択図】図1
