PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device in which each part shares the same space for saving space.SOLUTION: A test device includes a fan-shaped conveyance part 3, a movement part 2, and a test part 4. The fan-shaped conveyance part 3 has a plurality of soaking buffers used to convey an electronic component, and is provided rotatably by a rotary shaft to move between a test position 40 and a movement position 20. The movement part 2 is provided in correspondence with the movement position 20, and is used to move a plurality of electronic components into or from the fan-shaped conveyance part 3. The test part 4 is provided in correspondence with the test position, and tests the electronic component. After the test, the electronic component is moved into the fan-shaped conveyance part 3. 【課題】スペースを節約するために、各部が同じスペースを共有するテスト装置を提供する。【解決手段】テスト装置は、扇形搬送部３と、移動部２と、テスト部４とを備える。扇形搬送部３は、電子部品を搬送するために使用される複数のソーキングバッファを有し、回動軸により回動可能に設けられ、テスト位置４０と移動位置２０との間で移動する。移動部２は、移動位置２０に対応して設けられ、複数の電子部品を扇形搬送部３の中へ、または、扇形搬送部３の中から移動するために使用される。テスト部４は、テスト位置に対応して設けられ、電子部品をテストし、その電子部品はテスト後に扇形搬送部３の中へ移動される。【選択図】図２
