| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning jig which can be inexpensively manufactured for individual sampling inspection of chip components of sizes which are difficult to be held and aligned by a manual work, is light-weight, and can be easily manufactured for specification of various chip components.SOLUTION: A positioning jig 1 for positioning a chip component 50 comprises: a body part 10; guide recess parts 20 provided in a recessed manner from a surface 10a of the body part 10; an abutting part 26 which is provided for the guide recess part 20, and to which the chip component 50 is allowed to contact for positioning the chip component 50; and positioning means 30 for performing alignment of a holding portion in a chip holding tool for holding the chip component 50 to the chip component 50 contacting the abutting part 26.
【課題】手作業にて保持および整列させることが困難なサイズのチップ部品に対する個別の抜き取り検査用として、安価に作製可能であり、軽量であると共に、種々のチップ部品の仕様に合わせて容易に製作することが可能な位置決め用治具を提供する。【解決手段】チップ部品５０の位置決めを行うための位置決め用治具１であり、本体部１０を備え、さらに本体部１０の表面１０ａよりも窪んで設けられるガイド凹部２０と、ガイド凹部２０に設けられると共に、チップ部品５０を当接させて、チップ部品５０の位置決めを行うための突当部２６と、突当部２６に当接しているチップ部品５０に対して、チップ部品５０を保持するためのチップ保持具における保持部位の位置合わせを行う位置決め手段３０と、を具備する。【選択図】図１ |
