Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim for a pneumatic tire that can prevent occurrence of rim deviation during travelling of a vehicle, suppress occurrence of fitting failure of the tire to the rim and deterioration in uniformity and further perform easily phase matching between the tire and the rim.SOLUTION: A rim for a pneumatic tire comprises: a rim flange having a rim flange bottom surface 2a that contacts a bead bottom surface B11 of a bead part B1 of the pneumatic tire; and a rim flange side surface that contacts an outer side surface of the bead part. On the rim flange side surface, processing for forming a protruded strip 5 extending radially is performed. A rim which is formed in such a manner that it has a height from the rim flange side surface, of 0.5 mm or less, a width of 2.0 mm or less, and a radial length of 10.0 mm or less, while according to the forementioned rim, is also provided.
