Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated polyethylene composition which is suppressed in occurrence of die scum during extrusion in a silane graft step and improved in water-draining properties of a silane-grafted chlorinated polyethylene, a production method of the composition and an electric wire and a cable using the composition in a coating material.SOLUTION: A chlorinated polyethylene composition contains a silane-grafted chlorinated polyethylene formed by grafting a chlorinated polyethylene with a silane coupling agent in the presence of 1.5-10 pts. mass of a lubricant to 100 pts. mass of the chlorinated polyethylene, and the lubricant has a molecular weight of 1,000-5,900. 【課題】シラングラフト工程の押出時においてダイスかすの発生を抑制するとともに、シラングラフト塩素化ポリエチレンの水切れ性を向上させた塩素化ポリエチレン組成物及び当該組成物の製造方法、並びに当該組成物を被覆材に用いた電線及びケーブルを提供する。【解決手段】塩素化ポリエチレン組成物は、塩素化ポリエチレンに当該塩素化ポリエチレン１００質量部に対して１．５〜１０質量部量の滑剤存在下でシランカップリング剤をグラフトさせたシラングラフト塩素化ポリエチレンを含み、滑剤は、分子量が１０００〜５９００の範囲であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
