Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire manufacturing method which can efficiently eliminate or reduce liquid generated in a bladder in the course of progress of vulcanization without requiring significant design change and enlargement of an existing vulcanizing device, and to provide a tire vulcanizing device.SOLUTION: A tire manufacturing method has a pressurizing period maintaining pressure inside a bladder, arranged on the inner peripheral side of a tire, for a predetermined period by supplying heated gas having a predetermined pressure into the bladder, and vulcanizes the tire through the bladder for a predetermined time. The tire manufacturing method includes a step of vaporizing liquid inside the bladder, generated by liquefaction of the heated gas, by reducing the pressure inside the bladder during the pressurizing period to a pressure less than the maintained pressure. 【課題】既存の加硫装置に対して大幅な設計変更や規模の大型化を要することなく、加硫進行途中においてブラダー内に発生する液体を効率的に消失或いは減少させることが可能なタイヤの製造方法及び加硫装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ内周側に配置されたブラダー内に所定圧力の加熱気体を供給し、当該ブラダー内の圧力を所定期間維持する加圧期間を有し、ブラダーを介してタイヤを所定時間加硫するタイヤ製造方法であって、加圧期間中にブラダー内の圧力を維持された圧力未満に減圧し、加熱気体の液化により生じたブラダー内の液体を気化させる工程を備えた態様とした。【選択図】図1
