Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hydroxylase isolated from the Thermococcus species, a gene encoding the same, and a method for producing hydrogen using microorganisms with the gene.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: a novel hydroxylase isolated from a new hyperthermophilic bacterial strain which belongs to the Thermococcus species; a gene encoding the same; and a method for producing hydrogen using the new hyperthermophilic bacterial strain. According to the hydrogen production method of the present invention, a large amount of hydrogen can be produced by only culturing the strain under specific culture conditions. Therefore, the method is economical and efficient compared to the conventional hydrogen production method and has a merit of being able to produce hydrogen at a high temperature.
【課題】Thermococcus spp.から分離された新規な水素化酵素、これを暗号化する遺伝子及びその遺伝子を有する微生物を用いて水素を産生する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、Thermococcus属に属する高好熱性新菌株から分離した新規な水素化酵素、これを暗号化する遺伝子及びこれを用いて水素を産生する方法に関する。本発明の水素の産生方法によれば、前記菌株を特定の培養条件下で培養するだけで多量の水素を産生することができることから、既存の水素の産生方法に比べて経済的で且つ効率的であり、しかも、高温下でも水素を産生することができるというメリットがある。【選択図】図1 |
