METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOOTWEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing three-dimensional footwear which fits the shape of the foot of a wearer.SOLUTION: A front side part 3f is set up from a toe side on one needle bed, and a sole cover part 2 is set up from the toe side on the other needle bed (step α). Following set-up parts formed in the step α, the front side part 3f and the sole cover part 2 are knitted while being linked together (step ). In the step , the knitting width of the front side part 3f is increased on the one needle bed according to the inclination of the instep part of a wearer, and stitches on both end parts in a knitting width direction of the front side part 3f having the increased knitting width are turned into the other needle bed. Following the terminal part in a wale direction of the sole cover part 2, a heel part 3h is knitted, and both end parts in the knitting width direction of the heel part 3h are connected with the terminal part in the wale direction of the front side part 3f on the other needle bed (step γ). 【課題】着用者の足の形状にフィットする立体的なフットウェアの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】一方の針床でフロントサイド部３ｆを爪先側から編出すと共に、他方の針床でソールカバー部２を爪先側から編出す（工程α）。工程αで形成した編出し部に続いて、フロントサイド部３ｆとソールカバー部２とを繋げた状態で編成する（工程 ）。その際、着用者の甲部の傾斜に合わせてフロントサイド部３ｆの編幅を一方の針床上で増加させ、かつ編幅を増加させたフロントサイド部３ｆの編幅方向両端部の編目を他方の針床に回し込む。ソールカバー部２のウエール方向終端部に続いて、ヒール部３ｈを編成すると共に、ヒール部３ｈの編幅方向の両端部と、フロントサイド部３ｆのウエール方向終端部と、を他方の針床上で接続する（工程γ）。【選択図】図２
