Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel implantable intracranial device which can at least partially overcome the difficulty of delivering therapeutic agents to specific regions of the brain so as to treat schizophrenia.SOLUTION: Provided are an implantable intracranial device for the delivery of a pharmaceutically active agent for treating schizophrenia, the device comprising: a pharmaceutically active agent which is an antipsychotic agent for treating schizophrenia; a polymer nano-liposhell formed of polycaprolactone, a pharmaceutically active agent, and ω-3 fatty acid; a porous polymer matrix which is incorporated with a polymer nano-liposhell, and formed of ethyl cellulose and alteration polyamide 6 and 10, and a method for producing the same. 【課題】統合失調症を治療するうえで、脳の特定の領域に治療薬を送達する困難さを少なくとも部分的に克服できる新しい頭蓋内植込式デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】統合失調症を治療するための薬学的活性剤を送達するための頭蓋内植込式デバイスであって、統合失調症を治療するための抗精神病薬剤である薬学的活性剤;ポリカプロラクトンと、薬学的活性剤と、ω−3脂肪酸とから形成されるポリマーナノリポシェル;ポリマーナノリポシェルを組込んだ多孔質ポリマーマトリクスであって、エチルセルロースと変性ポリアミド6,10とから形成される多孔質ポリマーマトリクスを含むデバイス、およびその製造方法が提供される。【選択図】図12
