Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member which causes less damage of a coated film and less adhesion of foreign matter to the coated film during removal from a molding machine.SOLUTION: An optical member 130 consists of a substrate 150 and a coated film 140 formed on the surface of the substrate. The coated film 140 contains a plurality of particles 160 protruding from the surface of the coated film 140 toward the side of outer air. The coated film is composed of a thermoplastic resin and formed by heating, and the particles 160 have heat resistance of 160°C or higher and are contained in the coated film 140 in a content of 5-50 pts.mass, preferably 10-40 pts.mass, to 100 pts.mass of solid contents of the resin ingredients. 【課題】成形機から取り外す際に塗膜に傷や異物が付着しにくい光学部材を提供する。【解決手段】光学部材130は、表面に塗膜140が形成された基材150からなり、塗膜140には、塗膜140の表面よりも外気側に突出した複数の粒子160が含まれる。該塗膜140は熱可塑性樹脂であり、加熱されることにより成形され、該粒子160は160℃以上の耐熱性を有し、樹脂成分の固形分100質量部に対し、5〜50質量部、好ましくは、10〜40質量部該塗膜140に含まれる。【選択図】図4
