Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a different pitch flat cable connection structure capable of connecting flat cables of different pitches at low cost.SOLUTION: In the different pitch flat cable connection structure, a first flat cable part including a plurality of first conductors disposed in a stripe shape at a first pitch and a second flat cable part including a plurality of second conductors disposed in a stripe shape at a second pitch smaller than the first pitch are connected, and the first conductors and the second conductors are conducted. The different pitch flat cable connection structure comprises a connection sheet which is laminated on a surface side of either an end portion of the first conductor or an end portion of the second conductor where at least one surface side is exposed. The connection sheet includes: a base material layer; a plurality of third conductors laminated on the other surface side of the base material layer and disposed to bridge the plurality of first conductors and the plurality of second conductors in one-to-one correspondence; and a plurality of conductive adhesive layers disposed between the opposing surfaces of the first conductors, the second conductors and the third conductors, respectively.
【課題】異なるピッチのフラットケーブルを安価に接続できる異ピッチフラットケーブル接続構造の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】第1ピッチでストライプ状に配設される複数の第1導体を有する第1フラットケーブル部と第1ピッチより小さい第2ピッチでストライプ状に配設される複数の第2導体を有する第2フラットケーブル部とを接続し、上記第1導体と第2導体とを導通させる異ピッチフラットケーブル接続構造であって、少なくとも一方の面側が露出する第1導体の端部及び第2導体の端部の一方の面側に積層される接続シートを備え、この接続シートが、基材層、この基材層の他方の面側に積層され、上記複数の第1導体と上記複数の第2導体との間に一対一の対応関係で架け渡されるように配設される複数の第3導体、並びに上記第1導体及び第2導体と第3導体との対向面間にそれぞれ配設される複数の導電性接着層とを有する異ピッチフラットケーブル接続構造。【選択図】図1 |
