TAILGATING CONTROL ENTERING/LEAVING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND TAILGATING CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tailgating entering/leaving management system suitable for housing facilities which does not recognize an admitted person, who does not carry an authentication tag, as a fraudulent tailgating person.SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management system of the present invention includes a person detector that images an entering person who tries to enter through a locked door, and an authentication tag reader that reads tag information from an authentication tag which an entering person carries and in which tag information relating to locking of the door is recorded. The entering/leaving management system that implements tailgating control measures the number of entering persons using images produced by the person detector, measures the number of authentication tags using the pieces of tag information read by the authentication tag reader, displays the number of entering persons and the number of authentication tags, and compares the number of entering persons with the number of authentication tags. If the number of entering persons is not squared with the number of authentication tags, the authentication tag is used to perform individual authentication, and the door is unlocked. 【課題】認証タグを携帯していない入場許可者が不正な共連れ入場者として判定されることがなく、住施設に適した共連れ入退出管理システムを提供することにある。【解決手段】本願発明の入退出管理システムは、施錠されたドアから入場しようとしている入場者を撮像する人物検出装置と入場者が携帯し前記ドアの解錠に関するタグ情報を記録する認証タグからタグ情報を読み取る認証タグ読取装置と、を有する構成とし、共連れ制御をおこなう入退出管理装置は、前記人物検出装置の撮像画像により入場者人数を計測し、前記認証タグ読取装置により読み取ったタグ情報から認証タグ数を計測し、前記入場者人数と前記認証タグ数とを表示し、前記入場者人数と前記認証タグ数とを比較し、不一致の場合には、認証タグにより個人認証をおこなって、ドアを解錠するようにした。【選択図】 図３
