Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of reducing accumulation of dust on a floor surface by detecting change before dust particles floating in an in-chamber space gradually lower and precipitate and then dust starts accumulating on the floor surface, and performing air cleaning operation for collecting the dust particles.SOLUTION: An air cleaner includes a main body 1 provided with: a human detection sensor 8 as presence determination means determining the presence/absence of a person in a room; and a control unit 9 controlling operation of a fan motor 7. The control unit 9 has a cleaning mode in which the fan motor 7 is operated in a predetermined time when the absence of a person is determined by the human detection sensor 8. Consequently, the air cleaner can reduce accumulation of dust on a floor surface. 【課題】室内空間に浮遊する粉塵粒子が徐々に降下・沈降し床面にホコリが堆積し始める前に変化を検出し、粉塵粒子を集塵する空気清浄運転を行うことで、床面へのホコリ堆積を低減することができる空気清浄機を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本体１に室内の人の有無を判定する在室判定手段としての人検知センサ８と、ファンモーター７の運転を制御する制御部９を設け、この制御部９は、人検知センサ８が人の不在を判断した場合にファンモーター７を所定時間運転させるそうじモードを有することで、床面へのホコリ堆積を低減することができる空気清浄機が得られる。【選択図】図１
