RAIL FASTENER WITH RAIL FALL PREVENTION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastener with a rail fall prevention function, installable on a narrow sleeper.SOLUTION: A rail fastener 100 with a rail fall prevention function comprises a tie plate 10 installed on a sleeper 50 for laying a rail 20, a spring member 3 provided on the tie plate 10 and pressing-down/fastening the rail 20 to the tie plate 10, a first presser plate 1 and a second presser plate 2 superimposably provided on the tie plate 10, and a bolt 4 for fixing the first presser plate 1 and the second presser plate 2 to the sleeper 50 together with the tie plate 10. An inclined plane 10e for guiding a wheel derailed from the rail 20 up to an inclined plate part 2a and a flat surface 10f for installing the spring member 3 are provided side by side on the tie plate 10 in the orthogonal direction to the vehicle advancing direction, so that a device is miniaturized by storing the spring member 3 in a limited space of the tie plate 10. 【課題】狭隘な枕木上に設置可能なレール転倒防止機能付きレール締結装置を実現する。【解決手段】レール２０が敷設される枕木５０上に設置されるタイプレート１０と、タイプレート１０上に設けられてレール２０をタイプレート１０に押さえ付けて締結するばね部材３と、タイプレート１０上に重ねて設けられた第１押さえ板１と第２押さえ板２と、第１押さえ板１及び第２押さえ板２をタイプレート１０とともに枕木５０に固定するボルト４と、を備えたレール転倒防止機能付きレール締結装置１００において、レール２０から脱落してしまった車輪を傾斜板部２ａまで案内する傾斜面１０ｅと、ばね部材３を設置する平坦面１０ｆを、車両進行方向と直交する方向に並べてタイプレート１０に設けたことで、ばね部材３をタイプレート１０の限られたスペースに収めることを可能にして装置の小型化を図った。【選択図】図１
