DETERGENT FOR DISHWASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for a dishwasher which has excellent detergency to oily soils and excellent storage stability while securing low-foaming properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a detergent for a dishwasher containing (a) component: a compound represented by the general formula (a-1), (b) component: an anionic surfactant and (c) component: acidic polysaccharides in which the mass ratio represented by (a) component/(c) component is 0.4 to 10 and the pH is 2 to 8. In the formula (a-1), Rrepresents a linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group having 13 to 21 carbon atoms; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Rrepresents an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and Rand Reach individually represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and may be the same of different. 【課題】低泡性を確保しつつ、油汚れに対して優れた洗浄力を有し、保存安定性に優れた食器洗い機用液体洗浄剤を提供すること。【解決手段】（ａ）成分：一般式（ａ−１）で表される化合物と、（ｂ）成分：陰イオン界面活性剤と、（ｃ）成分：酸性多糖類と、を含有し、（ａ）成分／（ｃ）成分で表される質量比が０．４〜１０であり、ｐＨが２〜８である食器洗い機用液体洗浄剤。式（ａ−１）中、Ｒ１は、炭素数１３〜２１の直鎖状もしくは分岐鎖状のアルキル基又はアルケニル基を表す。Ｒ２は、水素原子、炭素数１〜４のアルキル基又は炭素数１〜４のヒドロキシアルキル基を表す。Ｒ３は、炭素数１〜４のアルキレン基を表す。Ｒ４及びＲ５は、それぞれ水素原子又は炭素数１〜４のアルキル基を表し、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよい。［化１］【選択図】なし
