Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manganese oxide produced using a manganese compound solution and a powdery alkali hydroxide and having particle size of 100 nm or less, a production method thereof, and a laminated ceramic capacitor containing the same as an additive in a dielectric layer.SOLUTION: A manganese oxide production method may include: dissolving a manganese compound in a solvent to produce a manganese compound solution; putting a powdery alkali hydroxide into the manganese compound solution; reacting the manganese compound and the alkali hydroxide to produce manganese oxide. 【課題】本発明は、マンガン化合物溶液及び粉末状態のアルカリ水酸化物を用いて製造された100nm以下の粒子サイズを有する酸化マンガン、その製造方法、及びそれを誘電体層の添加剤として含む積層型セラミックキャパシタに関する。【解決手段】本発明による酸化マンガンの製造方法は、マンガン化合物を溶媒に溶解させてマンガン化合物溶液を製造する段階と、前記マンガン化合物溶液に粉末状態のアルカリ水酸化物を投入する段階と、前記マンガン化合物とアルカリ水酸化物とを反応させることで酸化マンガンを製造する段階と、を含むことができる。【選択図】図1
