Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal displacement correction method and a thermal displacement correction device which corrects a thermal displacement of a processing point more precisely by performing thermal estimation processing of a moving body such as a table individually and considering a displacement of a scale and an inclination amount of the moving body.SOLUTION: A thermal displacement correction method of a machine tool 1 includes: a thermal displacement estimation process 91 for independently estimating thermal displacements of a support and a moving body respectively; a scale position displacement acquisition process 92 for acquiring displacement of attachment position of a scale which detects a position of the moving body; a moving body actual position acquisition process 93 for acquiring an actual position g of the moving body with respect to the support after the support is thermally deformed; an inclination amount calculation process 94 for calculating an inclination amount S of the moving body at the actual position g; a synthetic displacement calculation process 95 for acquiring displacement made by synthesizing a thermal displacement of the support and a thermal displacement of the moving body; a correction value calculation process 96 for calculating a correction value based on the synthesized displacement; and a correction process 97 for correcting an instruction position of the moving body with the correction value. 【課題】テーブル等の移動体を個別に熱推定処理を行い、スケールの変位および移動体の傾斜量を考慮することにより、より精度よく加工点の熱変位を補正することを目的とする。【解決手段】工作機械1の熱変位補正方法は、支持体および移動体の熱変位をそれぞれ独立に推定する熱変位推定工程91と、移動体の位置を検出するスケールの取付位置の変位を取得するスケール位置変位取得工程92と、支持体が熱変形した後における支持体に対する移動体の実位置gを取得する移動体実位置取得工程93と、実位置gにおける移動体の傾斜量Sを算出する傾斜量算出工程94と、支持体の熱変位と移動体の熱変位とを合成した変位を取得する合成変位算出工程95と、合成した変位に基づいて、補正値を算出する補正値算出工程96と、補正値により移動体の指令位置を補正する補正工程97と、を備える。【選択図】 図6
