Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a temperature measuring position where thermal displacement can be accurately estimated, in a machine tool having a function of, on the basis of temperature information from a temperature sensor, correcting the thermal displacement at a processing point, which occurs during the processing of a workpiece.SOLUTION: The temperature measuring position determination method of a machine tool includes: a first structural analysis step 110 of giving a first model M1 temperature distribution D, and estimating a first amount α of thermal displacement of a structure of a machine body 1; a second structural analysis step 120 of creating a second model M2 by dividing the first model M1 into multiple blocks, uniformizing temperature of a part of blocks B by predetermined temperature T, giving the other blocks B the temperature distribution D, and estimating a second amount of thermal displacement of the structure of the machine body 1; an optimum temperature calculation step 130 of, on the basis of the difference between the first amount α of thermal displacement and the second amount of thermal displacement, obtaining temperature Tp to be an index to determine a predetermined position P; and an optimum position calculation step 140 of, on the basis of temperature of nodes at the first model M1 and the temperature Tp, selecting the predetermined position P.
【課題】温度センサからの温度情報に基づいて、工作物の加工中に発生する加工点の熱変位を補正する機能を有する工作機械において、より精度よく熱変位を推定できる温度測定位置を決定することを目的とする。【解決手段】工作機械の温度測定位置決定方法は、第一モデルM1に温度分布Dを与え、機械本体1の構造体の第一熱変位量αを推定する第一構造解析工程110と、第一モデルM1を複数のブロックに分割した第二モデルM2を作成し、一部のブロックBの温度を所定温度Tにて均一化し、その他のブロックBに温度分布Dを与え、機械本体1の構造体の第二熱変位量 を推定する第二構造解析工程120と、第一熱変位量αと第二熱変位量 との差に基づいて、所定位置Pを決定する指標とする温度Tpを求める最適温度演算工程130と、第一モデルM1における節点の温度および温度Tpに基づいて、所定位置Pを選定する最適位置演算工程140と、を備える。【選択図】 図6 |
