Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial knee joint implant capable of appropriately adjusting a balance of the ligament.SOLUTION: The artificial knee joint implant includes: tibia-side sliding surfaces 53, 54, 63, 64, 73, and 74 that slide with respect to femoral components 2, 3, and 4; and a plurality of types of tibial plates 5, 6, and 7 in which at least ones of the positions of the tibia-side sliding surfaces 53, 54, 63, 64, 73, and 74 with respect to the tibia, in a state where the tibia-side sliding surfaces are fixed to the tibial tray mounted on the tibia, and the shapes of the tibia-side sliding surfaces 53, 54, 63, 64, 73, and 74 are different from each other. 【課題】靭帯のバランスを適切に調整可能な人工膝関節インプラントを提供する。【解決手段】大腿骨コンポーネント２，３，４に対して摺動する脛骨側摺動面５３，５４，６３，６４，７３，７４を有し、脛骨に取り付けられた脛骨トレーに固定された状態における脛骨側摺動面５３，５４，６３，６４，７３，７４の脛骨に対する位置、及び、脛骨側摺動面５３，５４，６３，６４，７３，７４の形状、の少なくとも一方が互いに異なる複数種類の前記脛骨プレート５，６，７、を有する人工膝関節インプラントを構成する。【選択図】図８
