PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable laser processing by constantly generating a high quality laser beam while maintaining a constant mirror angle from immediately after starting the operation irrespective of outdoor temperature.SOLUTION: A gas laser oscillation device includes: a holder of laser medium excitation means; an optical resonator formed with the excitation means positioned therebetween; a pair of flanges opposing to each other with the excitation means and the holder positioned therebetween; and a pipe connecting the flanges to each other. The pipe and the holder are coupled to each other with springs, and the four or more springs are provided to the holder on the identical plane and the spring holding directions have an identical center. 【課題】外気温によらず運転開始直後よりミラー角度を一定に保つことで、常に高品質のレーザビームを生成し、安定したレーザ加工を実現する【解決手段】レーザ媒質励起手段の保持部と、励起手段を挟むことで形成された光共振器と、前記励起手段および保持部とを挟みこんで対向する一対のフランジと、前記フランジ同士を結合するパイプとを有し、前記パイプと前記保持部とをバネにより結合した事を特徴とし、バネは保持部に対して、同一平面上に４箇所以上取り付られ、且つバネ保持方向は同一中心である事を特徴とするガスレーザ発振装置である。【選択図】図１
