Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable laser processing by constantly generating a high quality laser beam while maintaining a constant mirror angle from immediately after starting the operation irrespective of outdoor temperature.SOLUTION: A gas laser oscillation device includes: a holder of laser medium excitation means; an optical resonator formed with the excitation means positioned therebetween; a pair of flanges opposing to each other with the excitation means and the holder positioned therebetween; and a pipe connecting the flanges to each other. The pipe and the holder are coupled to each other with springs, and the four or more springs are provided to the holder on the identical plane and the spring holding directions have an identical center.
