Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical vibration attenuation damper allowing easy adjustment of a cross section area and a gap of an oil moving passage, and a marine engine including the same.SOLUTION: A vertical vibration damper may include: a trunk part which is arranged so that a marine engine crank shaft having a ring-shaped cam part penetrates therethrough, and includes a pair of oil chambers which abuts on both sides of the cam part and in which oil is accommodated, and at least one communication hole which is formed at upper ends of the pair of the oil chambers; a lower frame which is connected to an upper part of the trunk part, and includes a cap communication hole which is connected to the communication hole at a prescribed angle; and an upper cover which is connected to an upper end of the lower frame, and forms an oil communication passage together with the lower frame. 【課題】オイル移動経路の断面積と間隙(gap)の大きさの調節が容易な縦振動減衰ダンパー及びそれを含む船舶用エンジンを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の実施形態による縦振動減衰ダンパーは、リング状のカム部を備える船舶用エンジンのクランクシャフトが貫通するように備えられ、上記カム部の両側部と当接して内側にオイルが収容される一対のオイルチャンバー及び上記一対のオイルチャンバーの上端にそれぞれ形成される少なくとも一つの連通孔を含む胴体部と、上記胴体部の上部に結合され、上記連通孔と所定の角度をなして連結されるキャップ連通孔を備える下部フレームと、上記下部フレームの上端に結合され、上記下部フレームとともにオイル連通流路を形成する上部カバーと、を含んでもよい。【選択図】 図6
