Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hexagonal-plate-like magnesium oxide having a diameter of 30-100 nm and a thickness of 5-20 nm, a production method thereof, and a stacked ceramic capacitor containing the same as an additive.SOLUTION: The magnesium oxide production method may include: adding a base to a magnesium compound aqueous solution, in which a magnesium compound is dissolved in water, and reacting it at 50-100°C to precipitate magnesium hydroxide; cleaning and drying the precipitated magnesium hydroxide; and calcining the dried magnesium hydroxide to produce magnesium oxide.
【課題】本発明は、30〜100nmの直径及び5〜20nmの厚さを有する六角板状の酸化マグネシウム、その製造方法、及びそれを添加剤として含む積層型セラミックキャパシタに関する。【解決手段】本発明の酸化マグネシウムの製造方法は、マグネシウム化合物を水に溶解させたマグネシウム化合物水溶液に塩基を添加し、50〜100℃で反応させて水酸化マグネシウムを析出させる段階と、前記析出された水酸化マグネシウムを洗浄及び乾燥する段階と、前記乾燥された水酸化マグネシウムを仮焼させることで酸化マグネシウムを製造する段階と、を含むことができる。【選択図】図8 |
