Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform vibration control of a planar body during floating transportation or the like with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A vibration control plate 21 is faced to a planar body 9, and is supported in a cantilever state so that a tip end part becomes a free end. Driving means 22 is connected to a base end part of the vibration control plate 21. Vibration of the planar body 9 is detected by detecting means 23. Vibration of the vibration control plate 21 is controlled by performing drive operation of driving means 22 on the basis of detection information from the detecting means 23.
【課題】フローティング搬送などの際の面状体を、簡素な構成で効率的に制振する。【解決手段】制振板21を面状体9と対向させ、かつ先端部が自由端になるように片持ち状に支持する。制振板21の基端部に駆動手段22を接続する。面状体9の振動を検出手段23にて検出する。検出手段23の検出情報に基づいて駆動手段22を駆動操作することによって制振板21の振動を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
