Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection part for power cables and a connection method of the power cables capable of reducing contact resistance by extending a compression connection portion between a cable conductor and a compression sleeve while preventing the compression sleeve from becoming longer, simplifying the connection part for the power cable and simplifying a connection process.SOLUTION: In a connection part 20 of power cables 11 and 12 where cable conductors 13 and 13 of the power cables 11 and 12 are compression-connected by a compression sleeve 21A, the compression sleeve 21A is covered by a conductor cover 22 and the conductor cover 22 and the compression sleeve 21A are connected by conductive wiring 23, the conductive wiring 23 is compression-connected between the compression sleeve 21A and the cable conductor 13. 【課題】圧縮スリーブの長尺化を回避しつつ、ケーブル導体と圧縮スリーブとの圧縮接続部分を長くして接触抵抗を低減することが可能であり、また、電力ケーブルの接続部の簡素化及び接続工程の簡易化が可能な電力ケーブルの接続部及び電力ケーブルの接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力ケーブル11,12のケーブル導体13,13同士を圧縮スリーブ21Aで圧縮接続し、この圧縮スリーブ21Aを導体カバー22で覆い、導体カバー22と圧縮スリーブ21Aとを導電性配線23で接続した電力ケーブル11,12の接続部20において、導電性配線23を、圧縮スリーブ21Aとケーブル導体13との間に圧縮接続した。【選択図】図1
