Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inadequate return or excess return of a parking lever from occurring during a releasing operation of the parking brake.SOLUTION: In an electric parking brake device, a parking lever 17 is arranged to be driven by an electric actuator 20. The electric actuator 20 includes an electric motor 21, a conversion mechanism 22, and a load applying mechanism (a stopper 23 and a friction material 24). The electric motor 21 can be rotationally driven in a normal/reverse direction, and its operation is controlled by motor control means ECU in accordance with rotational loads. The conversion mechanism 22 can convert a rotational movement into a linear movement, can move the parking lever 17 from a returning position to an operating position with the electric motor 21 rotated in the normal direction, and can move the parking lever 17 from the operating position to the returning position with the electric motor 21 rotated in the reverse direction. The load applying mechanism drives components of the conversion mechanism 22 and gives predetermined rotational loads to the electric motor 21, after the parking lever 17 is moved from the operating position to the returning position with the electric motor 21 rotated in the reverse direction. 【課題】パーキングブレーキの解除時において、パーキングレバーの戻し不足や戻し過ぎが生じないようにすること。【解決手段】電動駐車ブレーキ装置では、パーキングレバー17が、電動アクチュエータ20により駆動されるように構成されている。電動アクチュエータ20は、正逆回転駆動可能で、回転負荷に応じてモータ制御手段ECUによって作動を制御される電気モータ21と、回転運動を直線運動に変換可能で、電気モータ21の正回転によりパーキングレバー17を復帰位置から作動位置に向けて移動可能、且つ、電気モータ21の逆回転によりパーキングレバー17を作動位置から復帰位置に向けて移動可能な変換機構22と、電気モータ21の逆回転で、パーキングレバー17が作動位置から復帰位置に移動した後に、変換機構22の構成部材を駆動して、電気モータ21に所定の回転負荷を付与する負荷付与機構(ストッパ23、摩擦材24)を備えている。【選択図】 図3
