COOLING FAN, MOTOR, AND METHOD OF ADJUSTING ROTATION BALANCE OF MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of correcting balance with high accuracy in a short time without demounting a resin cooling fan from the motor in correcting the balance of the entire rotary component, thus balance correction can be easily executed on a motor finished product.SOLUTION: A mounting hole for mounting a rivet as a weight for correcting balance, is formed on a resin cooling fan, thus the resin cooling fan having lead-time and cost advantages can be used even in correcting the balance of the motor with high accuracy. Further the balance correction can be executed without demounting the cooling fan even when the balance correction is executed on a motor finished product, by forming a clearance gap to make a rivet mounting work easy, around the rivet mounting hole so that the rivet can be mounted by a hand gun. 【課題】回転部品全体のバランスを修正するのに、樹脂製冷却ファンを電動機から取外すことなく、短時間で高精度なバランス修正ができ、電動機完成品に対して容易に実施できる電動機を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製冷却ファンにバランス修正用の重りとして、リベットを取付けることが出来る取り付け穴を設け、高精度に電動機のバランスを修正する場合においても、リードタイムやコスト的に優位な樹脂製冷却ファンを使用することが出来る。また、ハンドガンでリベットが取付け可能となる様に、リベット取付け穴周辺にはリベット取付け作業が安易となる程度の隙間を設けることで、電動機完成品に対し、バランス修正を実施する場合においても、冷却ファンを取外すことなく、バランス修正を実施することが出来る。【選択図】図１
