Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there is a risk of explosion of a supply hose or detachment between a flame spray nozzle and the supply hose when excessive pressure due to a backfire etc., is applied to the supply hose or a lance.SOLUTION: In a flame spray lance pressure relief mechanism of an ejector type flame spray device, a nozzle is fixed atop of connection metal fittings, an overlap part in which a flame spray lance tip is fitted to a predetermined depth from a rear end is provided, and the connection metal fittings are provided with a reception surface in a shape matching an end face of the flame spray lance which is fitted in. A press bolt is threadably engaged in a radial direction with the overlap part of the connection metal fittings so as to hold frictional force between the flame spray lance and connection metal fittings. Further, a relief guide is provided which is drawn backward from the connection metal fittings and also has a relief hole bored. Pressure equal to or larger than the frictional force is generated in the flame spray lance, a lock bolt is threadably engaged onto the flame spray lance through the relief guide, and when the connection metal fittings are disengaged from the flame spray lance tip, the connection metal fittings are locked to the flame spray lance. 【課題】逆火等による過大な圧力が供給ホースあるいはランスに発生したとき、供給ホースの破裂、溶射ノズルと供給ホースの離脱の危険がある。【解決手段】エジェクタ式溶射装置の溶射ランス圧力逃し機構において、連結金具の先端にノズルを固定し、後端から所定深さ前記溶射ランス先端が嵌め込まれるかかり部を設け、前記嵌め込まれた溶射ランスの端面と符合する形状に、前記連結金具に受け面を設ける。前記連結金具の前記かかり部に、押しボルトを径方向に螺着して溶射ランスと連結金具との間の摩擦力を保持しておく。さらに、前記連結金具から後方に延伸されるとともに、逃げ穴を穿った逃げガイドを設け、前記摩擦力以上の圧力が溶射ランス内に発生して、係止ボルトを前記逃げガイドを介して溶射ランス上に螺着して、連結金具が溶射ランス先端から外れたときに、連結金具を溶射ランスに係止した状態を形成する。【選択図】図1
