Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning duct in which narrow weld ribs can be reliably formed during blow-molding and the interval between adjoining two weld ribs can be set narrower, thereby improving the design of a car interior component.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning duct 10 has a duct body unit that is formed by expanding a parison and compression-molded sections 30 that are formed by partially collapsing the parison. The compression-molded section 30 has: a base part 31 that faces the back surface 22a of an instrument panel 22; recessed parts 33 that are recessed toward the front surface 31b side from the back surface 31a side of the base part 31 and extend in a vibrating direction; and weld ribs 37 that are provided on the front surface 31b side of the base part 31 in multiple units per one recessed part 33, protrude toward the back surface 22a side of the instrument panel 22 while extending in the vibrating direction, and are vibration-welded to the back surface 22a of the instrument panel 22. 【課題】 幅の狭い溶着リブをブロー成形時に確実に成形することができると共に、隣り合う2つの溶着リブの間隔をより狭く設定でき、車両用内装部品の意匠性を高めることができる空調用ダクトを提供する。【解決手段】 空調用ダクト10は、パリソンを膨らますことで成形されるダクト本体部と、パリソンを部分的に潰すことで成形される圧縮成形部30と、を有する。圧縮成形部30は、インストルメントパネル22の裏面22aに対向する基部31と、基部31の裏面31a側から表面31b側に凹み且つ振動方向に延びる凹部33と、1つの凹部33に対して基部31の表面31b側に複数設けられ、インストルメントパネル22の裏面22a側に突出すると共に振動方向に延びてインストルメントパネル22の裏面22aに振動溶着される溶着リブ37とを有する。【選択図】 図4
