PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which bakes delicious bread easily and efficiently.SOLUTION: A cooker includes: a cooking chamber 26 which is disposed in a body 2, has upper and lower heaters 27 in upper and lower parts, has an opened front face; a door 32 for closing the opening of the cooking chamber 26; and a cooking container 71 heated between the upper and lower heaters 27 of the cooking chamber 26. The cooking container 71 has two plates 70 which have an identical shape with a housing part 76 for placing an article 30 to be cooked and a flange part 72 at a tip end part of an upper part opening of the housing part 76. In the flange part 72 of the plate 70, a pair of protrusions 74 which are located on opposite sides formed by sectioning the plate 70 by a central line C and in positions that are symmetric with respect to a central point P of the plate 70, and a round hole 75 provided in a position where the round hole and the protrusion 74 are symmetric to each other with respect to the central line C that sections the plate 70, are provided. 【課題】おいしいパンを簡単に効率よく焼き上げる加熱調理器を提供する。【解決手段】本体２に配置され上下に上・下ヒータ２７を設けた前面が開口した調理庫２６と、調理庫２６の前記開口を塞ぐドア３２と、調理庫２６の上・下ヒータ２７の間で加熱される調理容器７１とを備え、調理容器７１は、被加熱物３０を入れる収容部７６と収容部７６の上部開口先端部にフランジ部７２を有した同形状の２枚の皿７０を備え、皿７０のフランジ部７２には、皿７０を中心線Ｃで区切った両側に位置し、かつ皿７０の中心点Ｐに対して点対称の位置に有した対の突起７４と、皿７０を区切った中心線Ｃに対して突起７４と線対称の位置に有した丸孔７５とを設けたものである。【選択図】図９
