ASSEMBLY METAL FITTING WITH GROUNDING FUNCTION OF FRAME FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly metal fitting with a grounding function used for assembling a frame for a photovoltaic power generation panel, which has extremely high workability and is capable of completing ground wiring simultaneously with the assembly of the frame without separately requiring grounding work or the like.SOLUTION: An assembly metal fitting 6 is installed between metallic first and second members A and B which are overlapped, for mechanically and electrically connecting both the members. A metal fitting body 6h is accommodated within engaging grooves 31m and 31m' which oppose a composition surface (a) of any one of the first member A and the second member B and is provided on a composition surface (b) of the other member. Locking ribs 31o and 31o' are protrusively provided at opening edges of the engaging grooves 31m and 31m', and the metal fitting body 6h is engaged into the locking ribs 31o and 31o'. The metal fitting body 6h includes dielectric breakdown protrusions 6a and 6b which are engaged into the locking ribs 31o and 31o' and the composition surface (a), and a connecting part 6c to which a connector C which presses any one of the first member A and the second member B against the other member and connects both the members is connected. 【課題】架台の組み立てと同時にアース配線も完了させることができ、別個にアース作業のようなものを必要としない、極めて施工性の良い太陽光発電パネル用架台の組立の際に用いられるアース機能付き組立金具を提供する。【解決手段】重ねあわされた金属製の第１部材Ａと第２部材Ｂとの間に設置されて両者を機械的且つ電気的に接続する組立金具６である。金具本体６ｈは第１部材Ａ又は第２部材Ｂのいずれか一方の接合面ａに対向する、他方の対向面ｂに設けられた係合溝３１ｍ、３１ｍ'内に収納される。係合溝３１ｍ、３１ｍ'の開口縁には係止リブ３１ｏ、３１ｏ'が突設されており、金具本体６ｈは係止リブ３１ｏ、３１ｏ'に係合する。金具本体６ｈには係止リブ３１ｏ、３１ｏ'及び前記接合面ａにそれぞれ食い込む絶縁破壊突起６ａ，６ｂと、第１部材Ａ又は第２部材Ｂのいずれか一方を他方に押圧して両者を接続する締結具Ｃが締結される締結部６ｃが設けられている。【選択図】図５
