PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present appropriate work to a worker while considering work aptitude of the worker which turns out in the process of work performed by the worker.SOLUTION: A management information storage unit stores a first threshold for a score representing work aptitude of a worker concerning work performed by the worker using a terminal. An acquisition unit acquires work result information indicating a result of the work performed by the worker. A calculation unit calculates a score of the worker from the work result information. A selection unit selects information indicating the work which can be performed by the worker on the basis of the calculated score and the first threshold. A transmission unit transmits the selected information to the terminal. 【課題】作業者の作業過程で判明する作業者の作業適性を考慮しながら、適切な作業を作業者に提示する。【解決手段】管理情報記憶部は、作業者が端末を用いて行う作業について、作業者の作業適性を表すスコアの第１閾値を記憶する。取得部は、作業者が行った作業の結果を示す作業結果情報を取得する。計算部は、作業結果情報から作業者のスコアを計算する。選択部は、計算されたスコアと第１閾値とに基づいて、作業者が作業可能な作業を示す情報を選択する。送信部は、選択された情報を端末に送信する。【選択図】図１
