Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance various functions and reduce contained air quantity in a cement-based filler after kneading.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a cement-based filler, the filler after cement, water and an additive are kneaded in a mixer is: charged in the space in vacuum of a device M; rotated by a rotary vessel 3 rotating at high speed in the space; discharged toward a surrounding direction of the rotary vessel 3 by centrifugal action while kneading; passed through barriers (31, 30) with a double structure having a plurality of mesh-like pores around the rotary shaft 41 of the rotary vessel 3; and collided with a pore-less barrier (120) disposed around the rotary vessel 3 and then air bubbles contained in PC grout are broken while being expanded in vacuum.
【課題】練混ぜ後のセメント系充填材の各種機能の向上と含有空気量の低減を図る。【解決手段】この方法では、セメント、水、添加材をミキサーにより練混ぜた後の充填材を、装置Mの真空状態の空間内に投入し、この空間内で高速回転する回転容器3により回転して、遠心作用により練混ぜながら、回転容器3の周囲に向けて放出するとともに、回転容器3の回転軸41回りの網目状に多数の孔を有する2重構造の障壁(31、30)を通過させ、さらに、回転容器3の周囲に配置する孔の無い障壁(120)に衝突させて、このPCグラウトに含有する空気泡を真空下で膨張させながら破壊するようにした。【選択図】図2 |
