Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving member utilized for a transporting vehicle requiring both a certain torque and number of revolution and a driving device and a driving member similarly used in the transporting vehicles such as bicycles, light weight vehicles and wheel chairs required to be driven by a human while performing a fast running under a light weight and slow driving operation in order to overcome some defaults as found in the prior art speed-down device using only gears under a lever to cause its number of revolution to be inferior and transmitted low in an inverse proportion.SOLUTION: This invention provides a speed-up driving device capable of assuring such number of revolution and torque as those for being converted into a speed of vehicle that is a final object of the driving force while a helical screw and a gear at a connecting part are integrally made to attain the same torque and the same number of revolution to cause a force to be transmitted without becoming a reverse proportion by setting a reference circle diameter of the helical screw and a reference circle diameter of a gear integrally arranged at the helical screw connecting part same to each other under utilization of a principle of slope for a helix that a force lost for a horizontal motion merely corresponds to a vertical distance of the slope where it moves.
【課題】歯車だけによる減速機構はテコのたぐいによる減速であるから回転数は劣勢となり、反比例して小さくなって伝わる。運輸関係に利用される駆動部材はトルク、回転数ともに求められる。また同じ運輸関係でも自転車、軽車両、また車椅子といった人間が駆動させる場合も軽くゆっくり駆動させて速く走るといった駆動装置や部材が求められている。【解決手段】坂道の原理である螺旋は水平移動するために失われる力は移動した坂道の垂直距離ぶんだけであるのを利用し螺旋ネジと螺旋ネジ連結部に一体として設けられた歯車の基準円直径を同じくすることで、螺旋ネジと連結部の歯車が一体となって同じトルク、同じ回転数となり反比例することなく共に力が伝えられ駆動力の最終的な目的である車両の速度に変換するための回転数とトルクを確保できる増速駆動装置となる。【選択図】図1 |
