Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer-based waste pyrolysis method that is capable of further efficiently carrying out the pyrolysis of polymer-based waste, and to provide a polymer-based waste pyrolysis apparatus.SOLUTION: There are provided: a polymer-based waste pyrolysis method comprising a pyrolysis gas generating step for generating pyrolysis gas by pyrolyzing polymer-based waste, an oil content recovering step for recovering the condensed oil content by cooling the pyrolysis gas, and a heating-and-outer circulation step of feeding a portion of the heated residual gas to a pyrolysis furnace via an outer circulation passage in communication with an oil content recovering unit and the pyrolysis furnace, characterized in that the method further comprises an inner circulation step for circulating the gas in the pyrolysis treatment furnace and in which a heating-and-outer circulation step is carried out from the start of heating of pyrolysis furnace until when the pyrolysis gas generation rate reaches the maximum value and after the pyrolysis gas generation rate reaches the maximum value an inner circulation step is carried out; and also a polymer-based waste pyrolysis apparatus.
【課題】本発明は、高分子系廃棄物の熱分解をより効率的に行うことを可能にする高分子系廃棄物の熱分解方法、及び高分子系廃棄物の熱分解装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】高分子系廃棄物を熱分解して熱分解ガスを発生させる、熱分解ガス発生工程と、熱分解ガスを冷却することによって凝縮した油分を回収する、油分回収工程と、加熱した残留ガスの一部を油分回収装置と熱分解炉とを連通する外部循環路を介して熱分解炉に供給する、加熱−外部循環工程と、を含む、高分子系廃棄物の熱分解方法であって、熱分解処炉の内部でガスを循環させる、内部循環工程を更に含み、ここで、熱分解炉の加熱が開始されてから熱分解ガスの発生量が最大値となるまでの間は、加熱−外部循環工程を行い、熱分解ガスの発生量が最大値となった後、内部循環工程を行う、ことを特徴とする、高分子系廃棄物の熱分解方法、及び高分子系廃棄物の熱分解装置。【選択図】図1 |
