PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable degree of uneven wear of a wheel to be determined even under an environment where a travel noise of a train can hardly be identified.SOLUTION: A system for determining degree of uneven wear of a wheel includes: a vibration measurement part that measures vibrations of a rail track structure, associated with passage of a vehicle; a frequency range component extraction part that extracts a component of a specific frequency range from the vibrations measured by the vibration measurement part; and a degree-of-uneven-wear determination part that determines the degree of the uneven wear of the wheel of the vehicle on the basis of reference data and the component extracted by the frequency range component extraction part. 【課題】列車の走行音の識別が困難な環境下においても車輪の偏摩耗度合いの判定を行えるようにする。【解決手段】車輪偏摩耗度合い判定システムが、車両の通過に伴う線路構造物の振動を測定する振動測定部と、前記振動測定部が測定した振動から特定周波数範囲の成分を抽出する周波数範囲成分抽出部と、前記周波数範囲成分抽出部が抽出した成分と基準データとに基づいて前記車両の車輪の偏摩耗度合いの判定を行う偏摩耗度合い判定部と、を具備する。【選択図】図１
