Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube structure for an endoscope insertion portion which hardly generates a concave part on a resin outer sheath of the part of a through-hole or a notch of a connection cap in performing extrusion molding with the connection cap with a pore connected to an end part of a flexible tube body, in a flexible tube formed by extrusion-molding the resin outer sheath on an outer periphery of the metallic flexible tube body.SOLUTION: A flexible tube structure for an endoscope insertion portion includes a connection cap at one end part of a flexible tube body for connecting a flexible tube with a bending tube, and the connection cap includes a through-hole or a notch and a flange which is positioned on a flexible tube body side rather than the through-hole or the notch and outwardly protrudes in a radial direction.
【課題】金属製可撓管本体の外周に、樹脂製外皮を押出成形して形成される可撓管において、可撓管本体の端部に有孔接続口金を接続した状態で押出成形を行っても、接続口金の貫通穴または切欠の部分の樹脂製外皮に凹部が生じにくい内視鏡挿入部の可撓管構造を得る。【解決手段】上記可撓管本体の一端部に、上記可撓管を湾曲管に接続するための接続口金を備え、上記接続口金は、貫通穴または切欠と、該貫通穴または切欠よりも可撓管本体側に位置する、径方向外方に突出するフランジとを備えている内視鏡挿入部の可撓管構造。【選択図】図1 |
