Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding fins of a heat exchange member in which manufacturing is easy, the fins can be arranged at high density and the degree of freedom in a fin shape is high.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for molding a shape of fins formed on the surface of a heat exchange member. On a base member and the surface of the base member, a strip-shaped projection and a groove are alternately horizontally formed by extrusion molding. Projections formed in parallel have a plurality of cut grooves in the cross direction. 【課題】製作が容易でフィンを高密度に配置可能であるとともに、フィン形状の自由度が高い熱交換部材のフィン成形方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】熱交換部材の表面に形成されるフィン形状の成形方法であって、ベース部材とベース部材の表面に条状の突部と溝部とを交互に平行に押出成形し、前記平行に形成された突部をクロス方向に複数の切削溝を形成することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
