PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of determination as to whether or not the cartridge of a storage battery which was replaced is a genuine product, when preventing use of a third party product.SOLUTION: A storage battery management system includes a deterioration parameter measurement unit for measuring predetermined deterioration parameters, which change depending on the deterioration of a storage battery, of a battery cartridge loaded to a storage battery at a predetermined elapsed use timing, a deterioration characteristics information storage unit for storing the deterioration characteristics information indicating the deterioration parameters of a storage battery cartridge of genuine product at the elapsed use timing, and an authenticity determination unit for determining whether or not a storage battery cartridge to be measured is a genuine product, based on the comparison results of the deterioration parameters measured by the deterioration parameter measurement unit and the deterioration parameters indicated by the deterioration characteristics information. 【課題】サードパーティ製品の使用を防止するにあたり、交換された蓄電池のカートリッジが純正品であるか否かについての判定精度を向上させる。【解決手段】蓄電装置に装填された蓄電池カートリッジを測定対象として、蓄電池の劣化に応じて変化する所定の劣化パラメータを所定の使用経過タイミングにおいて測定する劣化パラメータ測定部と、使用経過タイミングにおける純正品の蓄電池カートリッジの劣化パラメータを示す劣化特性情報を記憶する劣化特性情報記憶部と、劣化パラメータ測定部が測定した劣化パラメータと前記劣化特性情報が示す劣化パラメータとを比較した結果に基づいて、測定対象の蓄電池カートリッジが純正品であるか否かについて判定する真贋判定部とを備えて蓄電池管理システムを構成する。【選択図】図５
