APPLIANCE STATE DETERMINATION DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an appliance state correctly without preparing a load fluctuation pattern corresponding to disturbance in advance.SOLUTION: The appliance state determination device comprises: a load data creating part 11 for cutting out information of a determination target period of the appliance state of the appliance to be determined from load information and creating load data; and a data collation part 12 for determining whether the appliance state is normal or not. The data collation part 12 comprises a disturbance removing part 121 which specifies a disturbance generation period by referring log information when the load data and model data do not match when they are collated, and removes the load fluctuation following to disturbance from the load data, and a load data correcting part 122 for cutting and removing the load data in the disturbance generation period when the load data after removing the disturbance and the model data do not match as a result of collation. 【課題】外乱に対応した負荷変動パターンを予め用意しておくことなく機器の状態を正確に判定する。【解決手段】負荷情報から判定対象となる機器の状態の判定対象期間の情報を切り出して負荷データを生成する負荷データ生成部１１と、当該機器の状態が正常であったか否かを判定するデータ照合部１２とを有する。データ照合部１２は、負荷データをモデルデータと照合した結果、不一致であった場合、ログ情報を参照することによって外乱発生期間を特定し、外乱に伴う負荷変動を負荷データから消去する外乱消去部１２１と、外乱消去後の負荷データをモデルデータと照合した結果、不一致であった場合、外乱発生期間の負荷データを切除する負荷データ補正部１２２を有する。【選択図】図１
