PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COremoval device for removing carbon dioxide (CO) from air, capable of shortening a COadsorption/desorption cycle, downsizing the device, and reducing the cost.SOLUTION: The COremoval device includes: first and second COadsorption/desorption parts 21, 22 disposed so as to be adjacent to each other; a gas introduction part 12 for selectively introducing gas before purification into the first and second COadsorption/desorption parts; a gas discharge part 13 for, when purified gas is discharged from the first COadsorption/desorption part, discharging COfrom the second COadsorption/desorption part, and when carbon dioxide is discharged from the first COadsorption/desorption part, discharging the purified gas from the second COadsorption/desorption part; a first Peltier element 23 disposed between the first COadsorption/desorption part and the second COadsorption/desorption part; a second Peltier element 24 disposed so as to sandwich the first COadsorption/desorption part between the first and second Peltier elements; and a third Peltier element 25 disposed so as to sandwich the second COadsorption/desorption part between the first and third Peltier elements. 【課題】空気中から二酸化炭素（ＣＯ２）を除去する装置において、ＣＯ２吸脱着サイクルの短時間化、装置の小型化及びコスト低減が可能なＣＯ２除去装置の提供。【解決手段】互いに隣接して配置された第１及び第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部２１，２２と、第１及び第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部に対して浄化前のガスを選択的に導入するガス導入部１２と、第１のＣＯ２吸脱着部から浄化ガスを排出するときに第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部からＣＯ２を排出し、第１のＣＯ２吸脱着部から二酸化炭素を排出するときに第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部から浄化ガスを排出するガス排出部１３と、第１のＣＯ２吸脱着部と第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部との間に配置された第１ペルチェ素子２３と、第１のＣＯ２吸脱着部を第１ペルチェ素子と挟むように配置された第２ペルチェ素子２４と、第２のＣＯ２吸脱着部を第１ペルチェ素子と挟むように配置された第３ペルチェ素子２５とを有するＣＯ２除去装置。【選択図】図１
