Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray gun which secures sufficient heating of a liquid material, and can smoothly spray without adhering the liquid material to an inner circumference of an injection nozzle or the like.SOLUTION: A spray gun 10 mixes a liquid material flow and an air flow in an atmosphere and atomizes, and includes: a barrel part 20; a liquid material supply port 21 which is formed on a part of a circumferential side surface of the barrel part 20 and supplies the liquid material; an injection nozzle 16 which is arranged on a tip end of the barrel part 20 and injects a liquid material flow through a liquid material injection port 16A communicating with the liquid material supply port 21; an air cap 70 which is arranged on a tip end side of the barrel part 20 so as to surround a tip end part of the injection nozzle 16, and injects the air flow through a slit S formed between the inner circumference surface and an outer circumference surface of the tip end part; and a first heater 81 arranged in a flow channel of the liquid material between the liquid material supply port 21 and the liquid material injection port 16A of the injection nozzle 16.
【課題】 液材に充分な加熱を確保し、該液材を噴射ノズルの内周等に付着させることなくスムーズに噴霧できるスプレーガンを提供する。【解決手段】 液材流と空気流を大気中で混合して霧化するスプレーガン10であって、銃身部20と、銃身部20の周側面の一部に形成され、液材を供給する液材供給口21と、銃身部20の先端に配置され、液材供給口21と連通される液材噴出口16Aを通して液材流を噴出させる噴射ノズル16と、銃身部20の先端側に噴射ノズル16の先端部を囲むように配置され、その内周面と先端部の外周面との間に形成されるスリットSを通して空気流を噴出させる空気キャップ70と、噴射ノズル16の液材供給口21と液材噴出口16Aの間の液材の流路内に配置される第1ヒータ81と、を有する。【選択図】図2 |
