Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a Peltier element proper depending on an environmental temperature while employing a simpler circuit configuration with a smaller number of elements than ever.SOLUTION: An amplifier circuit 2 includes feedback resistance RA, and amplifies a voltage, which is proportioned to an electric current detected by current detection resistance R1, by an amplification factor corresponding to the feedback resistance RA. A current control circuit IC controls the electric current, which flows through a Peltier element 1, so that an amplified voltage VA output by the amplifier circuit 2 can become constant. The feedback resistance RA comprises a thermistor 3, and fixed resistance R2 serially connected to the thermistor 3.
【課題】従来に比べて簡易且つ少ない素子数の回路構成でありながら、環境温度に応じてペルチェ素子を適切にする。【解決手段】増幅回路2は、帰還抵抗RAを含み、電流検出抵抗R1により検出された電流に比例する電圧を帰還抵抗RAに応じた増幅率で増幅する。電流制御回路ICは、増幅回路2により出力された増幅電圧VAが一定になるようにペルチェ素子1に流れる電流を制御する。帰還抵抗RAは、サーミスタ3と、サーミスタ3に直列接続された固定抵抗R2とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
