LIGHT DIFFUSION NONFLAMMABLE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion nonflammable sheet which has remarkably improved secondary workability such as cutting and welding, and handleability in installation thereof, without interfering with light diffusibility and nonflammability, offers improved easiness in wiping stains off, has an improved property of preventing adherence of dirt in long-term use, and keeps lighting characteristics intact for a long term.SOLUTION: The light diffusion nonflammable sheet comprises: a glass fiber cloth embedded in a curable resin layer; a thermoplastic resin layer laminated on at least one surface of the curable resin layer with or without an adhesive layer interposed therebetween; and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer laminated on an outer surface of the thermoplastic resin layer with or without an adhesive layer interposed therebetween. 【課題】 光拡散性、不燃性を損なうことなく、裁断、溶着などの２次加工性や設置時の取扱い性が大幅に改善することに加え、汚れ拭取り性や長期使用時の汚れ付着防止性が改善し、長期間採光性が劣化しない光拡散不燃シートを提供する。【解決手段】 硬化樹脂層の内部にガラス繊維布帛が埋設され、該硬化樹脂層の少なくとも一方の面に接着剤層を介してまたは介さずに熱可塑性樹脂層が積層されてなり、さらに熱可塑性樹脂層の外表面にエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂層が接着剤層を介してまたは介さずに積層されてなる光拡散不燃シート。【選択図】図１
