Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidization roasting furnace having such a structure as one in which an entire fluidization roasting furnace is not required to be newly manufactured and a labyrinth function not discharging inner combustion gas in the fluidization roasting furnace can be continuously realized so as to resolve some defects found in the prior art ceiling part self-supporting structure of a fluidization roasting furnace that the entire fluidization roasting furnace should be newly manufactured because a cylindrical side plate or shelf plates, irregular-shaped bricks are deteriorated in long-term, resulting in that an entire load of fire bricks acting as the ceiling part structure cannot be supported by them.SOLUTION: A ceiling part structure 1 is formed as an integral structure and this structure is set such that a foundation 5 constructed at a ground surface and column structures 4 are installed on the foundation to enable its entire load to be supported. 【課題】従来の流動焙焼炉の天井部構造では、円筒形側板や棚板、異形煉瓦が経年劣化して、天井部構造である耐火煉瓦の全荷重を支え切れなくなるため、流動焙焼炉全体を新規に製作する必要があった。これに対し流動焙焼炉全体を新規に製作する事を必要とせず、さらに流動焙焼炉の内部燃焼ガスを大気に放出させない機能であるラビリンス機能に関しても、継続的に機能を発揮する構造の流動焙焼炉を提供する。【解決手段】天井部構造1を一体化構造とし、その全荷重を地表面から構築された基礎5とその基礎上に柱構造物4を設けて支える事の出来る構造とすることである。【選択図】図1
