Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make output control possible by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A variable displacement swirl element (13) is rotatably coupled to an eccentric bearing (12) and engaged into a relative swirl element (14), and a chamber moving forward radially inward so as to compress a refrigerant and discharge the refrigerant into a pressure chamber (15) is formed between the variable displacement swirl element (13) and the relative swirl element (14). A drive device (10) is a mechanical drive device, and the relative swirl element (14) and the displacement swirl element (13) are alternately axially movable. At least one spring (16) is arranged between the relative swirl element (14) and the displacement swirl element (13) for applying an axial release force onto the relative swirl element (14).
