DUSTPROOF METHOD FOR ASPHALT PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof method for an asphalt plant by which dust scattering occurring upon extracting an aggregate can be suppressed by a simple method.SOLUTION: There is provided the dustproof method for an asphalt plant having a plant body 3 which includes: an ordinary temperature aggregate storage bin 15 for storing ordinary temperature sand before undergoing heating and drying treatment; an aggregate measuring tank 8; and a mixer 9. In the plant body 3, the ordinary temperature sand discharged from the ordinary temperature aggregate storage bin 15 can be charged to the mixer 9 after being measured by the aggregate measuring tank 8. When extracting remaining heated sand from the aggregate storage bin 6, the remaining heated sand is delivered to the aggregate measuring tank 8 at a lower position and measured, then charged to the mixer, meanwhile an ordinary temperature aggregate corresponding to an aggregate quantity and the aggregate temperature of the heated sand, is additionally charged into the mixer 8, and the heated sand and the ordinary temperature aggregate are subjected to agitation-mixing treatment for a predetermined time, so that the heated sand is wetted and the occurrence of dust is suppressed. After that, the heated sand is discharged from the mixer 9. 【課題】 骨材抜き取り時の粉塵飛散を簡易な方法で、かつ効果的に抑制することができるアスファルトプラントの防塵方法を提供する。【解決手段】 プラント本体３側部に加熱乾燥処理前の常温砂を貯蔵する常温骨材貯蔵ビン１５を備え、この常温骨材貯蔵ビン１５から排出される常温砂はプラント本体３の骨材計量槽８にて計量後、ミキサ９に投入可能としている。そして、プラント本体３の骨材貯蔵ビン６より残留した加熱砂を抜き取るときには、下位の骨材計量槽８に払い出して計量した後、ミキサ９内へ投入する一方、この加熱砂の骨材量及び骨材温度に見合った常温骨材を前記ミキサ９内へ追加投入し、所定時間攪拌混合処理して加熱砂を湿潤させて粉塵の発生を抑制した後、ミキサ９から排出する。【選択図】 図１
